We believe environmental protection and livelihoods should grow together. Under this pillar, we support vulnerable communities to participate in the green economy while restoring ecosystems and building climate resilience.
Inclusive Hearts Uganda promotes community-led solutions such as tree nurseries, urban greening, and conservation activities that generate income while improving local environments. We also collaborate with partners on restoration initiatives and ecosystem-based opportunities that allow communities to benefit directly from protecting nature.
Our work emphasises practical value addition using agricultural by-products. Communities are supported to transform locally available materials into marketable products such as spices and turmeric products, black soap produced from gloves, and crafts made from natural fibres and farm residues.
Our goal is simple: protect the environment while expanding dignified economic opportunities for those most excluded from green growth..
