Inclusive Markets & Value Chain Empowerment
Many smallholder farmers and agribusiness actors particularly women and PWDs participate in production but remain invisible in the market. They grow the food, process the products, and sustain supply chains — yet they rarely influence pricing, branding, or buyer relationships.
Inclusive Marketing focuses on enabling vulnerable and marginalized agribusiness value chain actors—such as persons with disabilities, women, youth, peri-urban farmers, and land-constrained households—to access markets, information, and fair value. Our Inclusive Markets approach uses marketing as a development tool. Instead of only promoting products, we strengthen the position of producers within the market system.
We support women, youth, refugees, persons with disabilities, and small-scale cooperatives to move from suppliers to recognised market actors by improving how they are seen, how they participate, and how they benefit.
