Our Programs

Inclusive Hearts Uganda (IHU) designs and implements programs that empower marginalized communities across Uganda, particularly youth, women, persons with disabilities, and refugees.

IHU promotes accessible, climate-smart farming systems that enable urban, rural, disabled, and refugee populations to participate fully in agriculture.


Through our integrated approach, IHU addresses the interconnected challenges of livelihoods, enterprise development, agribusiness, and market linkages. Each program is community-centered, tailored to local needs, and designed to create sustainable impact by enhancing opportunities, strengthening capacities, and promoting equitable participation in society.
