Inclusive Hearts Uganda (IHU) is a social impact enterprise founded in 2018 and formally
registered in 2022, providing development consultancy, institutional strengthening, and
inclusive livelihoods advisory services across Uganda and the East African region. IHU
supports NGOs, faith-based organizations, university-linked initiatives, community
institutions, and social enterprises to design compliant, fundable, and sustainable strategies
that translate vision into practical impact.
IHU combines expertise in strategic planning, governance and compliance, agro ecology,
inclusive agribusiness, and enterprise development, working across Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda,
and regional initiatives. The firm applies a systems-thinking and partnership-driven approach,
recognizing the interdependence of governance, strategy, fundraising, compliance, and
program sustainability
