Inclusive Hearts Uganda (IHU) is a social impact enterprise and technical consulting organization providing practical advisory, capacity-strengthening and enterprise development solutions across Uganda and the wider East African region. Founded in 2022, IHU works with development partners, NGOs, government institutions, universities, private sector actors, cooperatives, farmer organizations and social enterprises to strengthen institutions, enterprises and livelihoods.
Our consultancy approach combines technical expertise, systems thinking, inclusion and locally grounded solutions to help organizations translate strategies and ideas into practical, sustainable and measurable results.
Empowering Women in Small Business
Across Uganda, women run the small shops, market stalls and farm enterprises that sustain their families and communities. Yet many struggle with limited access to finance, low bargaining power, weak market links and little support to grow.
Inclusive Hearts Uganda works alongside these women. We strengthen their financial literacy and record keeping, prepare them for credit, and link them to banks, SACCOs and savings groups. We also help them organize collectively, understand what buyers need, and connect with reliable markets and service providers.
Through practical coaching and mentorship, we support women entrepreneurs to manage their businesses with confidence, increase their incomes and build enterprises that last.
